Shipping policy
Retail orders (Australia)
- Free standard delivery on orders of $30 or more (GST inclusive).
- Orders under $30: flat $7.99 delivery.
- We ship with Australia Post and Direct Freight Express. Home deliveries are sent authority to leave and may be left in a safe place.
Wholesale orders (Australia)
- Minimum wholesale order: $100 ex GST.
- Orders of $400 ex GST or more: free freight Australia-wide.
- Orders under $400 ex GST: you pay only the actual carrier cost for your delivery, calculated live at checkout from your postcode and the size of your order. There is no small-order surcharge.
- Regional and remote areas: on orders of $400 ex GST or more we cover freight up to 12% of the order value (ex GST). If the carrier cost to your area is higher than that, you pay only the difference, shown at checkout as the "Regional Freight Cap surcharge".
- If a live freight price cannot be retrieved at checkout, freight will show as $0 "Estimated - confirmed when packed" and the actual freight will be added before dispatch.
- Freight amounts shown at checkout include GST.
- Pallet, bulk or FOB orders: please contact customer service for a freight quote.
International orders
- Delivered by Australia Post, with live rates calculated at checkout: International Standard (default), Standard with Signature, or Express.
- International prices and freight are GST-free. Import duties and local taxes may apply and are the buyer's responsibility unless collected at checkout.
- We are not currently shipping to the United States.
We reserve the right to apply additional freight charges on special promotions and clearance items where necessary.
